The consultation form

When you send the form, what you type (your name, phone, email, the choices you make and your short note) is emailed to Lisa Zahn and kept in the website’s database so it isn’t lost if an email goes astray. It is used only to reply to you. It is never sold or shared for marketing. No confirmation email is sent to the address you type.

Please don’t send confidential details through the form. Sending it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no analytics. Its server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time and browser) for security, which are deleted on a rolling basis.
